Ah!

May 16, 2008

Today we watched WE ARE MARSHALL at school. I was only halfway interested, but when it said it was a true story, I kinda…like…freaked. I was “THAT REALLY HAPPENED?!?!?!” I mean, I’m sure parts of it were made up, but some were true. And it scared me. I had heard of plane crashes, but that’s…not good. It made me cry, too. And three other people, two of which were jocks, which was sorta funny.

Womanless Beauty Pageant

May 14, 2008

Oh Lord, it was hilarious!!!! The guys had dresses on, and had HUGE fake boobs and butts. Two of the male teachers did it, too. They had wigs, and make-up, and then they danced to songs. The first one was really funny; he danced to the song that says, “I like big butts and I cannot lie.” A couple of the guys had shirts that came up a little bit, so you could see their stomachs. AHHHH! TB, the hottest guy in school was doing that, too. He was /so/ the best one out there, besides one of the teachers. One of the teachers— the one that went up against TB for the title of queen— kissed a boy from the audience on the cheek! It was hilarious, they all looked like DRAG QUEENS!! And there were these girls who dressed up REALLY like gangsters/rappers, and were the boys’ “boyfriends.” They had fake stubble, hats turned to the side, baggy jeans where you could see their “boxers” and a lot more. I am still laughing thinking about it.

-Models-

May 12, 2008

I personally think that models go through a lot more than people think that they do. I mean, it’s not all just standing in front of a camera and giving a little nice smile. There’s a lot of make-up and pain involved in styling them for the pictures. Also, critique is so horrible when someone judges them. A lot of people think that models are just pointless, and the whole of their existence is based on being unbelievably skinny and unhealthy. Really, the bulemic, anorexic, diva personalities, etc. is all just crappy stereotypes.

Really, models are very emotional girls with feelings and lives, unlike every one else thinks. I mean, being in that type of business, you have to be smart, know how to take criticism, and at least know how to mimic insane facial expressions! And no matter what you’re feeling, you can’t let that show in your photos! It is really tough, yet that is one tha

I Learned Something That Really Scared Me!

May 11, 2008

Female circumcision, the partial or total cutting away of the external female genitalia, has been practiced for centuries in parts of Africa, generally as one element of a rite of passage preparing young girls for womanhood and marriage. Often performed without anesthetic under septic conditions by lay practitioners with little or no knowledge of human anatomy or medicine, female circumcision can cause death or permanent health problems as well as severe pain. Despite these grave risks, its practitioners look on it as an integral part of their cultural and ethnic identity, and some perceive it as a religious obligation.”

^

I learned about that on ANTM, believe it or not.  There  was a girl who had that done to her when she was seven. That’s really sad that they actually think that it is a sign of cultural or ethnic identity or whatever. It is sort of pointless, and very cruel. I’ll also expect that it is very painful. Imagine having someone sewing over you so that you can’t have a baby! I mean…geez, wouldn’t a simple tatoo on your arm signal your  cultural identity more than….that?

I think that people should revolt against this! Hang on, I’m arguing with myself. What can we do about it? Are we going to Africa to fix it? I mean, there’s not much I can do. I wish I could, but there really isn’t. And I hate that. Anyways, I’ll stop confusing myself and you. bye!

As My Day Comes To a Close….

May 10, 2008

I consider the good things:

I went to a friend’s house

I watched a bunch of ANTM this morning.

I have a new favorite song. SHOCKER!

I had a really good hot dog at lunch.

I got some okay make-up on.

The bad:

I had a bad time at that friend’s house.

I had some serious mood swings.

I have played the song so much, it’s almost old.

I think peanut wants to do a photo shoot, and I’m in no mood.

Someone severely pissed me off on ANTM.

I hate hiding things.

I hate my thighs. I looked down today, and thought, “That’s ME?”

Uh-oh, peanut’s here with a camera.

GOTTA GO!

STUPID FREAKING HORMONES!!!

May 10, 2008

Mood swings.

Basically, they SUCK. At AG’s house, I got this weird wave of sadness, and then I was so FREAKING HYPER. Okay, whatever, call me a drama queen, but can you come up with another explanation? Now I’m fine, but I really hate them.

For some stupid reason, I started crying and tearing up during English, and Reading, some of my favorite subjects. I just pulled my hair over my face, and blamed it on allergies, which worked. My teacher sent me to the nurse, but I just spent some time pacing in the bathroom.

Gah.

Can you relate?

May 10, 2008

So, I was at my friend’s house today, and she got in big trouble. Don’t ask what happened. Anyways, she DOES NOT KNOW WHEN TO SHUT UP! When I get in trouble, I mostly look down, and cry. Her dad is definitely not strict, and he gave her a fair punishment. I had a little part in this, so I took responsibility for it without a word. Of course, he couldn’t punish me, because: A: I didn’t do that much in this, and B: I’m not his kid. When he gave her the punishment, she looked shocked, and then started an argument about “It’s not right!!!!!” Ha.

Try spending a week at my house, AG.

The Kind Of Haircut I’m debating on!

May 7, 2008

I can’t decide between this (not red, my normal hair color):

Or this:

Either way, I know that I need to cut it to a little below my shoulders, and get it layered. And I’ll need a side part. The only thing is, my parents don’t want to cut my hair, because it’s so long. I really think I should, I need some change.

Seriously, Buzz off, a-hole!

May 1, 2008

Wow, KT, just get the heck out of my space! Wanna know what he said to me, and what I said back? Here:

(We were playing around and joking at this time.)

KT: -raises fist-

Me: You know, if you actually hit me, my dad doesn’t take these kinds of things lightly.

KT: So? I’ll shoot your dad in the f-ing (he said the other word) head, and then rip off his (lower area) and choke you with it, then stick it up your butt!!

Me: -appalled-

KT: And then I’ll rape your dead body, and then get CH (Boyfriend) to rape you, too! And then I’ll get Barry to rape HF (friend) when I kill her!

I seriously almost smacked him across the face. I probably should have. Anyways, he had a dead serious look on his face. I asked him if he was joking, and he said, “Maybe, maybe not.” I don’t trust him, and now I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere alone at school from now until he gets expelled.

Aren’t you supposed to feel safe at school?

All right, these rumors are getting just a BIT out of hand!

May 1, 2008

So there’s these rumors flying around the school that this one girl in the sixth grade is pregnant. And the topic of the rumors (let’s call her Sally) claims that they are true. Sally says she went to the doctor, and they said she was pregnant. It’s only been like, four weeks since the….conceivance?

And there’s a second one fluttering around that she slept with her drunk father. Not the “I’m scared, can I sleep with you, Daddy?” kind of sleep. The other one. ;( I think that either this girl is totally insane, or the rumors are just something somebody started to get back at Sally.
