		<description>This has been an issue in the media for quite a while, and yes, there is groups that fight against it.

However, one thing you must always remember about other cultures, is they don&#039;t always WANT help. They grew up knowing only this way, and therefore this is the way they know to be  right.

Some members of the culture may not agree, and those are often the ones who are able to get out, but it generally means they cut off family and friendly ties to those remaining. 

Hopefully in the coming years we will find a way to reverse or ease the pain or discomfort in those who have had the procedure and have now immigrated to the untied states.</description>
