Gatlinburg!!

March 18, 2008

So…yeah. Me and my family went to Gatlinburg.

We woke up at the crack o’ dawn Saturday morning, and put the stuff in the car. Chipper had already gone to a babysitter, so we left. It took us four and a half hours to reach the place. I slept for most of the way, never really sleeping, just dozing. Then my dad decided we should do a Timeshare thing, and get a hundred bucks for it. So, we went to WestGate Hotels, and went inside. It was so loud in there. And you’ll never guess this. I had eight women in that same hotel tell me my hair was beautiful. It was awesome. So, after that, we listened to this guy tell us about his hotel for ninety minutes. I mostly read my book and listened to music.

After that, we found our little crappy hotel. It was okay, I guess. I mean, the pools were pretty awesome, just cause they were pools. Me and Nog got to swim quite a bit, and we met some nice people in the hot tub. After we swam and stuff, we went downtown to shop and eat. First, we ate at T.G.I Friday’s, me and Nog went inside this mirror maze. It was awesome. Nog did this dance, and it looked like four monkeys. It was awesome! And I kept running into the mirrors. =( Then after that, we got some ice cream (Haha Aunt B) and went to the arcade. Me and Nog did pretty good on the games, but we only got 240 tickets. We saved them, and never used them =(

The next day, Dad woke us up, and said, “Do you want to switch hotels? They have a better pool?” You can guess what we said. Yes, of course. So, we went to the new hotel, and were amazed at the awesome pool. You could go from the hot tub, to the three foot. It was great. And there was another pool ABOVE the three foot that was nine and seven feet tall. We loved that pool.

Mom took us hiking at Laurel Falls. That was amazing. We drive up the mountain (much to my ears’ displeasure) and found this paved trail. Me and Nog had gotten some really cool walking sticks, and we climbed up the trail with that. It was 1.3 miles to and from the waterfall. When we got there, it was an amazing view. It was so pretty. I can’t even describe it. Just Wow! ought to do the trick. We stayed there for a while, and then walked back. We kept telling the people that were very close, and exhausted that they were halfway there. It was funny to see their reactions. And to top that off, I saw a group of really HOT Asian guys.

After that, we got to swim in the pool for a good two hours. We met a few kids, and played with them. All guys. The girls there were all stuck up, and preppy. Them and there skinny-ness, and two-piece bathing suits. =(

after we swam, we went on the sky lift. That was so scary! I was crying when we got on because, well, I’m deathly afraid of heights, and elevators. I afraid of anything that’s high up in the air, cause it could crash, and I might die. Make since? xD Well, when we got to the top, it was an amazing view. We could see the mountains, and the tiny city. As we went down, me and Nog were shivering! It was so cold! We couldn’t even talk right! But overall, it was worth eighteen dollars.

After that, we drove downtown to eat dinner. We ate at the Brewery. While we waited for our table, Nog and I went to the toy shop. SHOCKER. And then my mom went into this Indian Shop. We went in there once our table was ready to get her, and then we saw this guy, who’s shop was really neat. We ate our food, which was pretty good, and then we decided we should go downtown.

Well, everything was closed. That was depressing. And then my mom, brother, and I walked into this shop, which had beads and scented soap. It reminded me of a shrink shop. I thought some lady was going to come running up to me, and say, “You are in grave danger!” I was kinda creeped out.

Then we waited for my dad. He never came. So we walked back to the car, and he called us from the Indian shop. We went in there, and him and the British guy were talking. We stayed in there for a good two hours, getting our philosophy told. He was good! He knew I was an Aries born in the rat, and I didn’t tell him. He said I was one of those people that when someone shows me a hot pan, and says, “This is hot,” I say, “What? hot?” and then touch it an burn myself. Yeah, he’s right. xD He was one of those super wise old men that cuss a lot, and smell good, like smoke and peppermint. ;P

After we did that, we came back to the hotel, and went to sleep. We woke up the next morning, and went to the other hotel to eat breakfast again. Then me and Nog went swimming. We met this nice kid, and taught him how to dive, and he told us about Pigeon Forge, and stuff there. We left after that, and went to Pigeon Forge, where me and my mom went shopping for bathing suits. The cheapest one was eighty-four dollars. Then we searched for a decent go-kart place; we finally found one. I rode single, and Nog and Mack rode double.

After that, we found this place that had INDOOR SKYDIVING. That was awesome! It was this giant fan. The instructor jumped off the edge, and looked like he was having a seizure. Then he helped the other kids. We are doing that this morning with peanutfanatic and her family. AWESOME! And then after that, we ate Arby’s and went home.

And that’s a full record of my vacation!

My Writing…

March 10, 2008

Hey!
Sorry I haven’t been posting in a while, I completely forgot about my blog. So, yesterday I spent about an hour updating my pet page, which has my roleplay characters on it. They are twin babies.

http://www.neopets.com/~wintersnowstormz

That’s where you’ll find them. I am guessing most of you aren’t going to go to that link, so I will post their introduction here:

A soft, gentle snoring could be heard from a small pink crib in a large home. A music box played soft, easy music. From a blue crib, crying could be heard. A red-faced, crying baby boy grabbed the bars of his crib, and plopped down on his bottom, making his diaper slide a bit. The boy had tears running down his face, and his murky blue eyes were soaked. The baby reached a chubby hand up over to his stuffed bunny, Bo. He loved that bunny. And when no one seemed to come for him, he hugged the bunny, and cried some more.

He stopped crying after about ten minutes. The little one just couldn’t cry anymore. The boy set Bo on the left corner of his crib, and crawled over to his pillow. The baby laid his small, round head down on the pillow, letting the warmth of the cushion surround his head. His fluffy brown hair was still growing. Almost bald. His tanned skin was mostly chubby. Just baby fat. The boy pulled up his blue onesie_ and pulled up his blanket.

This little boy had a strange personality. First of all, he was very loud. Most of the time, the little one cried and cried, just wanting attention. He couldn’t stand being left alone. He had a weak bone structure, and still couldn’t hold his head up correctly. The boy was tiny for his age. He was born two months before he was supposed to. But he was doing great, currently.

So, you ask, who was this little cutie? Well, his full name is Samuel Richard Thompson, but call him Sam.

That’s Sam’s.

Here’s Sophie’s:

A pink crib sat at the edge of a bedroom, and inside it was a little wonder. A small baby lie asleep in the crib, tiny chest moving up and down as she breathed. She opened her beautiful, sharp blue eyes, and looked around. She opened her mouth to cry, and let out a wail. She sat up, and grabbed her blanket. She cried, and saw her “ba ba” on the side of her crib. The little one picked it up, and stuck it in her mouth. She wiped the last tear away with a chubby arm, and stood up.

The little baby could stand up, but not very well. She slipped, and fell back down onto her rear end. Her pink onesie was over a diaper, and the little girl was uncomfortable. She rubbed her leg, and laid down on her pillow. She curled into a tiny ball, sucking on her little thumb. Her soft brown hair lay in a sidesweep atop her little round head. She closed her eyelids, and began snoring again.

Now, the baby’s personality was very unique. She, unlike her brother, was very quiet. Unless she hurt herself, or was extremely uncomfortable, she didn’t cry. She was very sweet, and hated yelling, or people she didn’t know. She was born at the same time as her brother, two months before they were supposed to be born, on March 27. She had asthma, and her brother had the weak bone structure. She had gotten the better side of the deal.

The twin girl’s name was Sophia Shannon Thompson, but she prefers Sophie.

ATTACK KITTEH!

March 1, 2008

Today, Sean came over with his sons, and they brought their female dog. Rocky, my dog, started growling, and my cat made a weird, “Oh….mrrow….john….” noise, and then the female dog, Rose, snapped, and Rocky and her started to fight. Dandy, my attack kitteh, otherwise known as Demon Kitteh, flung his arms open like this:

(The tabby kitty) and jumped on Rose. He clawed her, it was all fluffed up. Then he jumped away, and Rose ran, then he attacked again, and clawed. It was hilarious! I have NEVER seen that before. Then he kept making the “Oh long….john….” noise, and ran inside. The dog jumped into the truck, and rocky stood to the sidelines, staring at the cat. MY CAT WAS PROTECTING MY DOG!!!!!!!!!!!
